UN POCO DE HISTORIA

ABSTRACT

It required a buffer to help DNA extraction , this was obtained from the mixture of soap, distilled water and salt.

He proceeded to extract DNA from the previously selected fruit (strawberry and banana ) , after they were soaked and mixed with a buffer to break the cell wall and then with ethyl alcohol , to break the core and thus extract DNA .

Se requería de una solución amortiguadora para poder ayudar a la extracción del ADN, esta se obtuvo de la mezcla de jabón, agua destilada y sal.

Se procedió a extraer el ADN de las frutas previamente seleccionadas (fresa y banano), luego de que fueran maceradas y mezcladas con una solución amortiguadora para poder romper la pared celular y posteriormente con alcohol etílico, para romper el núcleo y así extraer el ADN.
